Landowner resubmits REFUSED application for 112 houses in Medstead

Application 58788/001 to build 112 houses on green fields in Medstead has been taken to appeal, after being refused by EHDC in July last year. The appeal will be heard in June. SMASH are critically reviewing this appeal.
More urgently the same applicant has submitted a further application 58788/002 which is essentially the same as the original proposal but with a modified housing layout and vehicular access. We now need to make sure our objections for this application are heard loudly by EHDC.
You can do this by clicking on this link Planning link and click on the comments tab.
It is ok to use the same comments as you did for 001 and if you can, add any new information/thoughts you may have had since your original comment was submitted and after reviewing the changes in 002.
Did you know that since October last year EHDC planning have approved the building of an additional 60 NEW dwellings in Medstead alone.
We have to stop our valuable productive farmland being used for unjustified, unwarranted and unneeded development.
Future generations need us to step up!
Together we can excel!
Thank you in advance for your continued help and support and for taking the time to lodge your objections.
