Save Roseland Curling

Save Roseland Curling
The Issue
We are a group of curlers from Windsor-Essex vying to save curling at Roseland Golf and Curling Club. For more than five decades, Roseland Golf and Curling Club has served as more than just a place for people to get active. It serves as a community hub, where members and the public can gather and safely socialize.
We fear Roseland is in danger of losing its six curling sheets, leaving the community with no public place fit to curl. For the first time in 50 years, Windsor will be without a public curling rink, forcing curlers and competition away from the city. Roseland Curling Club is one of the largest public curling rinks in South Western Ontario.
Roseland provides an optimal fit for curling facility that maximizes enjoyment of the game. A unique combination of finely maintained ice along with proper viewing galleries and areas for socialization is what allows curling to thrive.
Curling is an unbiased sport, providing equal opportunity for people of all ages, skill and ability. Curling provides a unique opportunity where men and women of varying ages can compete at the same level. And when it comes to accessibility, curling has something for everyone.
Let’s keep the rocks rolling in Windsor and Essex County. Sign our Petition today and help voice the need to keep curling alive at Roseland Golf and Curling Club!
