UPDATE: USA Fencing just released the following update related to questions below: May 16, 2022 Election Update from USA Fencing

Per the update: Only 82 people did not receive their ballots, only 100 people saw the accidental data disclosure, no one has been elected, no one has been eliminated. Votes will be counted through June 5th. Anyone who did not receive a ballot should contact election officials. Fairness & Integrity of the Election Process guaranteed. 

ORIGINAL MESSAGE RE: ONLINE ELECTION DATA:

USA Fencing’s new election software says 1,500 people never received their ballots. 

Did you receive yours? Did your coach? Your friends? Your teammates? Your refs? 

Ask around. If you or someone you know didn’t get your ballot, send an email to Phil:

There are over 9,000 members and the Election Buddy website says 1,511 notices were “undeliverable.” Ask for a paper ballot if you need to. Make sure every member votes. 

With $7 Million in Revenues and 130 years of Experience, we should be able to get a Board of Directors election right, right? 

Also, with elections continuing until June 5th, I assume that the “running elimination” of candidates already happening on the voting website are just clerical errors…..
