Good evening, you amazing bunch! We are making great strides towards reaching 500 signatures, which is simply incredible. 

As well as the petition, I thought I'd share with you some of the other stuff that is happening around the campaign, just to give you a snapshot...

Our Churchwarden and committee are working with senior figures in the Diocese to put forward our case and help them see the significance our hall has on village and church life. 

Members of the village community are in touch with local clergy, MPs, influencers and networks to spread the word. We're hunting down advice from local authorities, voluntary sector and the charity commission. 

Banners and signs are being drawn up, as well as press releases, fliers and other things that will help involve the media and get the message out more widely. There's talk of badges, t-shirts and campaign biscuits. And who doesn't love a campaign biscuit?

I cannot overstate how proud I am of this village community; and how grateful I am to YOU for helping us to build awareness and momentum.
