Feargal Sharkey is the leading voice on the national exploitation of the water industry, and his presence couldn’t come at a better time.

Last week, the EA published data revealing that United Utilities has dumped a total of 27,787 hours of untreated sewage into Windermere over the past four years [2020-2023].

So come and join SAVE WINDERMERE and FERGAL SHARKEY next Monday 8th in the Strike Against Sewage outside United Utilities Information Centre in Windermere at 9am. 

As always all are welcome to the strike, but I urge everyone who joins to allow access through the strike area, keep the road clear and avoid blocking entrances to businesses. This includes United Utilities’ greenwashing centre - although we haven’t actually seen anyone try to go in there yet.
