Horses Horses Horses-Lets get connected-Start a conversation!

hello everyone, I must apologize for not updating. I am in 3 university courses at the moment and most of my hours are spent completing assignments. I am not sure what the comment that is written in a language foreign to me but no one has signed this petition since the first 82 had signed and even one person removed their name? can we please open a conversation as to what we as Canadians are willing to do to make this a reality? if the Okanagan Indian Band and the Sylkx Nation do not want to be involved I would like to see the horse race track made into an wellness center for horses, dogs and humans . the people at CMHA are ready willing and able to volunteer and I am sure if we invest a little sweat and hard work with her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of Canada money and expertise behind us it can be transformed in time for the 150 birthday of Canada! the First nations Friendship Center in Vernon has Indigenous youth building tiny homes which could be placed on land at the north part of the track land. they could be mortgaged on a rent to own basis with First nations youth first to qualify. when I lived out on Okanagan Indian Band land I knew several First Nations men and women who loved horses and maybe they would join us in rebuilding the center into a place where all people would be welcomed and able to receive the gift of animal therapy to enlighten people to the importance of humans connection to mother nature and mother earth. we could of course eventually add arenas, new barns and box stall doors to replace the ones the RCMP destroyed. to shame them we could have them put the new doors back in. imagine a kekuli house in the center where communities could gather for meetings. where children, families, all people in general would be welcomed with smiles and warmth energy from living beings. this is a project worth investing a signature . please make this go over the top. just like the Cleveland Indians winning the Worlds Series! the indigenous peoples of the Okanagan are the Sylkx. I learned this when living on their land and learning their culture. then I received expert knowledge from courses in Indigenous Studies that I took at Okanagan College here in Vernon. with the Truth and Reconciliation Act soon to be law this dream of mine can become the dream of all of us. please join in by signing and sharing what could be. never give up never surrender one day we will find a way! the horses have spoken to me and they agree. smile it keeps them guessing! another piece of information: the City of Vernon and the Okanagan Equine Society will not have to spend tax payers money keeping the Vernon Kin Horse Race Track tied up in the courts. the City of Vernon can rebuild the grandstands using the insurance money it will receive for the fire that destroyed. the RCMP can pay for the doors they smashed. instead of an eye sore it can become a tourist attraction. it has been proven that there were Canadian wild horses here before any white people came and although there is no proof they may have been some of the first horses to race at the first horse race track in Canada too. what a glorious way of celebrating 150 years as a country!
