My name is Scarlett M Okhremenko and I support Tyler in jail as much as I can from the start. I sent money to his jail account and I made a subscription to newspapers for him.

For me Tyler is my Hero and my Savior. In fact, he tried to protect all of us. 

I think that everyone understands what I am talking about… So I will help him for as many years as he will be in jail. I ask you to pay attention to the fact that Tyler is in a special unit where it is very difficult to be. It has already been proven that prolonged housing to such conditions destroys the inmates mental health.

In the context of Criminal law, Tyler potentially committed murder, but I think he did so out of emotion, as he could no longer live with the hatred that the victim was propagandizing. 

Additionally, Tyler is only 22 years old, and he still possesses the youthful idealism of a teenager.

I request that you consider the mitigating circumstances and the victim's personality, and replace the potential death sentence with a life sentence with the right to a parole.

I believe in the humanity of the United States. I beg you to save Tyler's life.

You call yourselves progressive, but you are accomplices in his erasure. You enjoy the outcome, yet you’re afraid to speak the name of the man who made it possible. It’s convenient for you to label him a "criminal" so you don't have to admit the truth: he did what you didn't have the courage to do. You’ve left him alone to face a system that wants him dead for purging the world of its poison.

Don’t you dare call this an "accident." This was a Sacrifice. And as long as you stay silent, letting the state prepare a lethal injection for Tyler, your champagne will always have the aftertaste of betrayal.
