This road is essential for homeowners in Imperial Woods, Nestled Oaks, and along Candlelight Drive, serving both pedestrians and school children who catch the bus here.

The current state of Tibbs Road poses serious hazards due to severe potholes, creating tripping risks for walkers and runners. Increased traffic from daily deliveries and waste management trucks has further deteriorated the road.
