The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has reviewed the proposed Official Plan revision of the The Meadow Crest Development. The development consists of constructing a
privately owned wastewater treatment facility to serve 248 proposed residential units, one clubhouse, and one existing house. The proposed development is located at 326 Klein Rd & 392
Klein Rd, New Sewickley Township, Beaver County.

The plan revision is approved.

The proposed wastewater treatment facility will discharge 100,000 gallons of sewage per day to an unnamed and undocumented tributary to UNT 34834 to Brush Creek.
