Hey y'all,

This past week has been one of the craziest times of my life. It's hard to believe that just last week, I was enjoying spring break with my family and friends. Now, we've started a huge movement on our campus, and it's all thanks to all of you.

I wanted to update y'all on a few things regarding the status of this show. Firstly, as some of you may already know, the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), alongside WT Spectrum and two of its student officers, have filed a lawsuit against President Wendler and related parties. We are calling for Wendler to reinstate the drag show, issue a formal apology for his actions, and resign as President of WTAMU. This might take a few months, so be prepared to hear a lot from Spectrum on social media about this.

Secondly, WT Spectrum has started a GoFundMe in response to several people asking how they can help donate to the Trevor Project and fund the show if it needs to be held off-campus. As the fundraiser says, any extra donations will be going to the Trevor Project. Our goal is $5,000, so please help out by chipping in whatever you can! Even small donations add up a whole lot with something like this.
