New York Times Feb. 25, 2025 - ...Many see the effort as a way for the Trump administration to eventually try to privatize the Postal Service, which Mr. Trump previously said he was considering. Testimonial of the Day
My Mom Dad and two uncles worked at the Us Post Office at various times and for many years. It used to be a place that one could take pride in working at. It was always hard work, often mandatory overtime, poor hours but one could support their families and know they were providing essential, sometimes life-saving service. Even today with the Internet for some older, rural or poor citizens it still their main lifeline to the larger world. Please don't destroy the Post Office for political, financial or petty reasons. Thank you.
