We urge ALON to take meaningful action to revive the PUMPFUN trenches and restore the strength of its community. This can be achieved by reinvesting a reasonable portion of profits into initiatives that directly support growth:

Rebuild the app—mobile and web—from scratch with improved performance, modern UI, smarter discovery tools, and seamless trading flows that give retail users a premium experience.
Global Marketing & Cultural Expansion
Launch strong influencer campaigns, meme pushes, IRL activations, and regional community hubs to bring millions of new retail participants into the ecosystem.
Creator & Community Incentive Programs
Introduce grants, competitions, tournaments, and reward structures that empower meme creators, builders, and traders—driving higher-quality launches and reactivating the trenches.
Anti-Vamp Systems
Implement smart mechanisms to prevent volume from splitting across random coins, ensuring that momentum stays focused on the primary meta coins and keeps the community united.
Bundle & Rug Protection Systems
Build automated safeguards that analyze token structures, flag high-risk bundles, detect potential rug patterns, and provide user-friendly warnings—making the ecosystem safer for everyday retail traders.
