The Premier admitted he had been wrong today and announced that he would keep the current museum open after all.
This is a step in the right direction that helps reverse part of the planned billion dollar+ boondoggle, although plans are continuing to go ahead on the expensive museum expansion in Royal Bay.
Still, although the museum will remain open, the third floor, which contained the history galleries is still closed to the public.
We demand that our history and heritage not be shrouded behind a curtain of invisibility, political obscurity and government unaccountability.
We demand the Third Floor be reopened, exactly as it was before!!!!
Please help protect our province's history and heritage and make government dealings regarding it open and transparent. They certainly haven't been to date.
