There are a few things I want to go over with you all.

the first thing is renters rights.

if one person is on a lease yet they have the father of their children who is not on the lease and their children living in the house, there should not allowed to be a 14 day notice to vacate especially if the house has been well looked after and the rent is up to date and always on time and the property has always passed inspections.

i am fighting for this right as this is something that i’m currently going through, and feel discriminated against and targeted as we have had this house for 8 years all up, although for the last 4 years it has been occupied by my children’s father and my children as we have shared care, but my children are apart of me.

i had asked the real estate to get the permission from the owners, which at the time the property manager said it shouldn’t be a problem, then a couple of weeks later she then sends a letter of refusal then a week and a half later a notice to vacate on the 18th may 2024

all I’m asking for is help from the people so that we can see the lease out, which is in August, as it’s hard enough to find a house rental as it is.

 we have never had a problem with the previous property managers until the property manager we have now.

please sign this petition as renters should have rights especially if there are children involved, I’ve seen this happen to a lot of good people, and I’m sick of real estates playing GOD.
