Here we go, Ben Wilson's promised written response to Lord Carlile's letter to NRW is still awaited and as previously reported 'Wilson' suggested a teams meeting 'TO EXPLORE THE ISSUE AND GET A SHARED UNDERSTANDING' followed by a 399 page Scientific gobbledegook, that they are hiding behind. What Ben Wilson failed to reveal to Lord Carlile CBE KC during this worthless teams meeting was that his PhD from Liverpool John Moores University (PhD Ecology- Impacts of piscivorous birds on inland fisheries 1995-1998). Their request for a meeting was to address the matter in a can kicking exercise, and avoid answering the very pertinent questions posed by Lord Carlile CBE KC
The time has come to separate NRW's other interests away from Fisheries,, and reform Local Fisheries Groups. I and many others believe the creation of these various 'River Trusts throughout Wales' has and is taking matters in the wrong direction (rewilding only) creating predation corridors, and it is believed that what was regarded as monies ring fenced for the fisheries was swallowed up through the creation of NRW in 2013 and spent in other directions through these River Trusts, whilst NRW decimated the Fisheries Enforcement Teams and closed all the Salmonid hatcheries. Quite corrupt practices (my opinion) and total ignorance relative to Avian Predation, especially so with the lead in NRW the very apt Mr Wilson apparently knowing more that most about their effect on our diminishing Salmonid stocks.
So now is YOUR chance with party representatives visiting homes and creating meetings needing your votes, bring the matter up with them, I leave it with you.
This matter spreads throughout the UK with the looming election, make plenty of noise about it, I am ready for any knock on my door.
