National Resources Wales, bullied us anglers into submission with a Byelaw ban on Salmon and Seatrout Anglers Hooks (Barbless or Debarbed) in 2020, and many other varied restrictions, based on diminishing fish stocks, but did very little to protect the fishes population in our Rivers, Streams, Lakes, Canals against predation by the 'Goosanders and Cormorants', look at the barbs here!, THE LICENSING SCHEME IN OPERATION IS NOT WORKING, is totally balanced through restrictive measures to protect the 'Avian Predation' 

Operative only between November and March

Restrictive in numbers of Predators licenced.

Jumping back and through  within hoops in the Licence Application trying to dismay applicants.

They do not begin to protect the fish stocks, it is the thin end of the wedge, with talks now of totally banning Salmon Angling in Welsh Rivers, pushing that wedge further in to remove Anglers from the rivers completely, we need to stand in unison on this. VOTE, VOTE, VOTE and SHARE, SHARE, SHARE.
