Lancaster City Council/Morecambe Town Council are planning to close the above much needed and used services. Not only by locals but tourist for near and far.

Closing these services will have a detrimental effect on large and small businesses and the town in general.

Although council intend to go digital with Visitors Information Hubs not everyone will have access either through choice, disabilities or finance etc. The VIC close early September but no dates given yet as when the new hubs will commence.

The Eden Project has been given the go ahead but what happens till it’s up and running.
