Petition for Access to Our Community Paddle Steamer

To: Wentworth Shire Council

We, the undersigned residents and supporters of the PS Ruby, respectfully petition for the following:

1. To grant immediate access to our community-owned paddle steamer for its inclusion in the upcoming Junction Rally on 6th & 7th July.

2. To recognise and respect the community's ownership and right to access this important piece of our local heritage.

3. To work collaboratively with community representatives to establish a fair and transparent process for managing and accessing the paddle steamer in the future.

We believe that the presence of our paddle steamer at the Junction Rally is crucial for celebrating and preserving our community's history and culture. We urge the Wentworth Shire Council to promptly resolve any issues preventing paddle steamer access and ensure its participation in this significant community event.
