The True Story About Peaceful Sea Lions!

BC Herring Fishermen Tossing Explosives at Sea Lions Sparks Controversy! They blame seals and sea lions for destroying the fisheries! The Department of Fisheries and Oceans is investigating this serious case under the Marine Mammal Regulations. Charges could be laid.

These types of dynamite can cause serious physical harm including deafness, eye damage and life threatening wounds. Especially as when thrown directly at the victims. Even at greater distances orcas and humpbacks could have been harmed.

Fishing vessels driving to close to orcas within the regulated 200 meters have also been documented and reported by Lifeforce.

The video shows a callous disrespect for wildlife. They were not even fishing or threaten. They threw the bear bangers or seal bombs “for the video” that harassed the sea lions and laughed about it saying “that was awesome”! 

This “Pacific Balance Pinniped Society” wants to first kill 50,000 seals and sea lions then 3000 to 5000 more every year afterwards. The seals and sea lions would be inhumanely clubbed, shot (rifles and shotguns) and harpooned by crossbows!

The Lifeforce Education Video is about Seals and Sea lions: “Peaceful Pinnipeds”. Wildlife may attack when provoked but seals and sea lions will swim away to avoid the human predators.
