I’m delighted to be able to tell you that Severn Trent have announced that they have dropped their plan to build the pipe.

They will instead invest in improving the treatment of sewage at the Bishop’s Castle wastewater treatment works

We are very grateful to everyone who supported our campaign by signing the petition. It played a big part in demonstrating the strength of feeling felt in the local community and beyond
