The matter had previously been raised through CPGRAMS and subsequently pursued through further representation. As no satisfactory response was received on the issues raised, an appeal has now been filed and stands open as on date.

Further action and response from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) is awaited.
