Calling all Friends of Trees �� AND Bikes �� 

We are giving it ALL we’ve got to STOP � the County from cutting down 41-63 trees along Modoc Road and within the Modoc Preserve. Why does the County want to cut down tall historic trees? Why, to make way for the new Class 1 multi-use bike path! These two route “options”, Alignments A and B, are called “A(wful)” and “B(ad)”. Boooo….we need better choices!

The GOOD news is, there IS another option - Alignment C! Yay! This route option will save the trees, protect the wildlife AND provide a safe and gorgeously scenic route for the Class 1 multi-use bike path. Yes. We can have it ALL, but WE NEED YOUR HELP! 

The County Board of Supervisors will VOTE on September 13th…to get Gregg Hart’s attention before the vote, here’s what you can do!

✅Email County Planners Sneddon, Jones & Wageneck and tell them to recommend C!
