This Friday at 9am, I am meeting with the City Bridge Foundation on the north side of the Millennium Bridge, to make a decision about the pictures I can keep. If anyone can make it along I would be very appreciative of your support. So far they have said they will allow 75 pictures. I would like to be allowed to save far more and to keep a coherent trail. 

Whether or not enough of a trail survives, we should feel that our environment is ours. When we feel disconnected from our environment, we care less. I don't want people to drop gum, as has been suggested at times. I want people to be aware of the issues we face in a throwaway and consumerist society, and to feel empowered to find creative solutions to the problems we all face.

Thank you all so much for the incredible support you have shown me. It's been a whirlwind of a week. I have felt disheartened at times by the potential loss of the pictures on the bridge, but the hundreds of supportive messages and conversations I have had have reminded me of all the many reasons to stay positive. 

These pictures are everyones pictures.
