OLT Hearing August 20th converted to a Settlement Hearing

Today we learned of the settlement that the Town of Aurora will likely agree to at the OLT settlement hearing tomorrow. 
Although the developers amended plan reduces the number of units(30 from 45) they have increased their encroachment on the marsh and have not addressed the environmental issues which threaten the marsh. 
As a resident of Aurora, I am disappointed in our Town Council for ignoring their duty as custodians of our environment and well being of our community by allowing this to proceed without any form of fight.
