Breaking news 🗞️🩸🦏 South Africa 🇿🇦 After a failed assassination attempt on May 8, Saving the Wild can now confirm that Kruger rhino poaching kingpin Big Joe Nyalungu is very much DEAD DEAD DEAD. 

He was killed today, May 16, in a hail of bullets. 

The courts were a disgrace and allowed this monster to walk free on bail again and again, but eventually thug life caught up with him. 

WHO WAS BIG JOE? AND WHY DID HE CONTINUE TO BE INVINCIBLE TO PROSECUTION?

A former police officer, Nyalungu was facing several charges related to rhino horn trafficking, murder, kidnapping, tax evasion,  as well as unlawful possession of firearms, explosives, ammunition and equipment used in poaching. He had been released on bail several times following arrests dating back to around 2008.

Those on the frontline who run intelligence networks were well aware that his poaching gangs were responsible for killing thousands of rhinos, but he was unstoppable because of corruption in the courts.
