Time is Running Out – Save the Brickworks Site for Our Community

Many thanks to the more than 5,000 of you who have already signed our petition to
SAVE THE OLD BOX HILL BRICKWORKS SITE FOR PARKLAND
We are continuing the campaign for this large, unused site to be turned into parkland for everyone.
As the government announces ever more high-density zones, the green expanse of the Brickworks site becomes even more important for passive recreation and trees.
We continue to liaise with state and federal politicians and our local Whitehorse Councillors in our attempts to realise the vision of attractive green parkland that can be shared by all the community and be there for the children of tomorrow.
Like us, the politicians and councillors involved know this is the last significant open space in the whole area, and should it be lost to further high-density development, there will be very little local green space for the present and future population.
We still need to encourage all levels of government to work together to achieve an outcome that benefits the entire community. This is what we are doing. So, please continue to support us.
One of the most powerful ways you can support this campaign is by sharing the petition widely—among friends, family, colleagues, and community groups. Share it via email, WhatsApp groups, social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, or even at local events and gatherings. Every signature makes a difference.
