Do you love that familiar snout that boops you on the nose, that pink fluffy fur you stroke, that round little pig that you hug?

The Knorrig pig is renowned for its ultra-soft texture, huggable shape, and durability. It can withstand years of snuggling and travel without losing its charm. These piggies are widely loved by people all over the world. Perhaps, you might even be cuddling one right at this very moment, because I sure am.

However, there is a huge issue. IKEA is discontinuing these perfect pigs! Why is this devastating? Well…

1. People rely on them. Not just for a good nights rest, but for emotional support and mental support! Removing it means taking away a reliable source of comfort for both children and adults who rely on stuffed animals, like this adorable piggy, for stress relief.
2. They are not only our best friends, but pets’ too! (If you have one) I have seen many people’s pets play with these piggies, and they seem to love them. A lot.
3. They are not just standard soft toys. They are global icons. They appear all across the media, seeming to be loved by so many people. So many. Taking them away is the equivalent of stripping away our happiness!

I could list so many more reasons, but it would take forever.

I, for one, have multiple of these piggies. Think of the future pig loving generations to come. We must bring them back, not only for us, but for the future generations too.
