Since we launched this petition, more than 8,000 people from across Minnesota have voiced their support for the growler and hometown breweries! That's a big show of support, but we need to keep the momentum going. 

In fact, in just a few days, Castle Danger in Two Harbors will stop selling growlers to comply with the law... and other hometown breweries like Lift Bridge in Stillwater, Indeed in Minneapolis, and Bent Paddle in Duluth aren't far behind.

When the legislature reconvenes early next year, I will be pushing hard for a change to the growler cap law so local breweries can continue to sell growlers. In the meantime, please share this petition with your friends, family, and neighbors -- and on social media! -- so we can show Governor Walz and my fellow members of the Minnesota Legislature just how much support there is to #SaveTheGrowler.
