The MGHerring Group security for The Villages at Fairview stopped the interview with Dallas News Station CBS KTVT on Sunday, March 13 when Reporter Gabriel Roxas & his camera man came out to cover the breaking story. We were told by mall security to move away from The Beach, as no interview would be allowed near The Beach. We did move over near the road behind the Beach, when once again, the security officer called her supervisor and they both came and refused any interview on the property owned by The MGHerring Group. We had to move over to the RR Tracks near Interstate 75 to do the Interview. Later, a Mom was posting and passing out the flyer to inform citizens of this on line petition, when once again the mall security showed up having had called the police and wanted this Mom charged with Criminal Trespassing for the flyers! Apparently The MGHerring Group does NOT allow Freedom of Speech, our 1st Amendment Right, to be exercised at The Villages at Fairview or any property owned by The MGHerring Group!!
