It was only 2 short weeks ago that MGHerring posted the closure and demolition of The Beach. This was their tactics to keep the community uninformed until the very last days. The MGHerring Group has chosen to totally disregard the voices of the citizens of Collin County. They are pushing forward with the destruction of The Beach Playground, Dog Park and Volleyball Courts. Loosing The Beach and building a hotel will have such a negative impact on our community. The MGHerring Group owns a vast amount of property which is undeveloped at The Villages at Fairview and since they have ignored our pleas, MGHerring needs to rebuild The Beach on adjacent property. Please continue to share this petition as We The People can not let corporate greed destroy our communities.
