Sorry for the last minute notice but the Facilities Management meeting scheduled for today at 4 p.m. has moved to Tuesday, March 8 at 4 p.m. in the County Board Room to vote on the sale of the land. Next Thursday, March 10, at 4 p.m. the Finance and Government Relations Committee will be meeting to vote on the sale.

The full county board will then meet on March 16 at 5 p.m. We need as many people as possible to pack the board room and let them know that accepting the only bid without consideration of what we the residents want is not acceptable. Please be respectful of the meetings and only speak during public comment if you have been called on.

There are 6 different county board members that represent different parts of Edwardsville: Jack Minner, Victor Valentine, Dalton Gray, Erica Harriss, John "Eric" Foster, and Jamie Goggin. If you haven't written to your county board member yet, please do.
