Our campaign has been very successful so far (over 1,000 signatures and a demonstration drawing over 50 people to the greenspace) and we will be closing this petition on February 6, 2022, so that we can check the list and make sure signatures outside Madison County, IL are not counted in the total number when we present the printed copy to two Madison County committees on February 10, 2022. If you are interested in attending the Finance and Government Relations meeting from 4-5 pm and the Building and Zoning committee meeting from 5-6 pm we would love to see you there!
