Jarret was killed this week, without warning. He was a healthy, treatable lost pup who enjoyed playing with other dogs.  He was killed “for space” but his outcome report, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act Request, said he exhibited “severe behavior/untreatable behavior.”  All the outcome reports of lost dogs who aren’t rescued or adopted have the same outcome reason  Every. Single. One.  How many vicious, sweet and lovable dogs can there possibly be?
