Save The Burbank RanchoUnited States
Apr 19, 2022

Burbank City Council unanimously voted against the Pickwick Development of 98 units. This is a very big win for the Rancho!

City Council has proved the Rancho is a unique neighborhood that needs to be protected. We have the heart of the Rancho. If anyone had any doubts before, let Pickwick put your doubts at ease. Together we can protect our Rancho! Help us save the last public barn in Burbank.

This passed Easter weekend the developers canvassed the neighborhood claiming they are not demolishing the barn and that the pipe corral is being dismantled and relocated. They claimed the neighborhood is not a residential cul de sac and zoned commercial.

No matter how it’s sugar coated with butterflies and “ALTERNATIVE FACTS” the bottom line is:

THE DEVELOPERS ARE PUSHING OUT THE HORSES AND EQUESTRIANS.

THE DEVELOPERS ARE TURNING A SMALL NO THROUGH TRAFFIC STREET INTO A HAZARDOUS NIGHTMARE FOR EQUESTRIANS AND NEIGHBORS.

THIS IS THE ONLY ENTRANCE TO GRIFFITH PARK FOR EQUESTRIANS. THIS WILL NOT JUST AFFECT THE HORSES AT CIRCLE K IT AFFECTS EVERY HORSE NEEDING TO GET INTO GRIFFITH PARK. THAT’S EVERYONE!

If you haven’t already, please email city council and support the city buying Circle K stables. Write to city council at: CityCouncil@BurbankCA.gov

Tell them to Save The Burbank Rancho!
