The HDC Planning Committee Meeting to consider the remaining planning application for the development of the former Novartis site in Horsham (ref: DC/25/0629) is taking place on 17 March at 5.30pm. 

This is the last chance to make feelings felt about the proposed felling of the Blue Atlas Cedars as well as concerns about overdevelopment, increased traffic, road & pedestrian safety, pollution and lack of supporting infrastructure. The total site is 18.5 acres in size with 460 dwellings and parking for 500 cars planned. The planning application for the other development on the site (ref: DC/25/ 0415) has already been approved so, with this section containing the trees, the wildlife and the Art Deco building, now planned to be partially demolished, it is crucial people have their say in the next week.
