More good news - broad community consultation now proposed

A quick update, with more good news. 

Palmerston North City Council is now actively preparing a consultation document, under which the community will have opportunity to give feedback on how the Manawatu Art Gallery should be governed.

It appears Council will now consult on a range of governance models, and the consultation will extend to all Palmerston North's cultural CCO's (Council Controlled Organisations). 

This is shaping up to be a great opportunity for us to have active input into how key art and cultural assets in Palmerston North should best be protected, promoted and made accessible to the community. 

I will let you know once the consultation document is released, and the options for giving feedback.
