SAVE THE 99 CENTS ONLY STORES !!!

SAVE THE 99 CENTS ONLY STORES !!!
The Issue
It was announced today on April 04, 2024 that the closing and liquidation of all The 99 Cents Only Stores locations across 4 states will begin on April 05, 2024.
The 99 Cents Only Store has been a nationally recognized business since 1982 with 371 locations across California, Texas, Arizona and Nevada and has survived three major recessions while meeting the needs of many low income American families and fixed income individuals in need of access to more affordable food and household essentials when money was already scarce.
How can we allow a staple business that has provided millions of low income American families with children on public assistance including the disabled, the elderly and the homeless to close its doors in the middle of an economic downturn?
Food and household essentials should never be out of reach.
Parents and Educators even today utilize The 99 Cents Only Stores to buy holiday decorations, school project materials and student supplies not provided by the school districts.
Nobody Wins, Everybody Loses.
The recent announcement by The 99 Cents Only Store to suddenly close all of their locations is a social economic attack on low income families, fixed income individuals and the homeless. Think of the immediate impact this will have on everyone who DEPENDS on this business to make ends meet at home and at school because other major retailers such as Ralph’s, Vons, Target and in some cases Walmart are not affordable options.
Let’s Vote For Change !!!
