Help spread the word - Save our Clubhouse!

We’re making progress, and your support keeps us moving forward!

Here’s what’s happened :  after 220 signatures, the Board agreed to re-instate 24/7 Homeowner / Resident access to the Clubhouse BUT ONLY TEMPORARILY ‼️

We need more signatures and emails to teravistaBoard@gmail.com to make them aware of our objection to the corporate takeover of the facility that we fund! 

We already lost the Library and Playroom to the Management Office.  Where will it stop? What would we lose next? 

Please keep sharing the link to this petition with all your Teravista friends and neighbors.   There are 3200 homes in this community that will pay higher HOA Fees in 2027 but likely lose Clubhouse access.

Not a Good Win for us - more like an Awful Loss !
