An article has been published in the Gazette today - Swimming teachers resign from leisure centre over 'outrageous' pay cut

Swimming teacher's pay is being decreased by up to 50%, but Serco will, of course, not be passing on this "saving" to customers.  This means that Serco will be pocketing the extra money whilst customers see no extra benefit, and teachers are left wondering how to make ends meet.
