According to documents I just received from the Housing and Community Development Headquarters in Sacramento, Steve Curtis CALBRE 01260515, owner of ASG Investments Inc (6366 Commerce blvd, STE 309, Rohnert Park, CA) he purchased my mobile home from my relative for zero dollars. It appears he was also the agent and the broker on the deal after Fidelity National Title (500 Bicentennial Way, Santa Rosa, CA 95403) stopped escrow on 4/13/18. Steve Curtis paid James Kortuem Jr to expedite the finalization of the sale on 4/14/18 in Sacramento, a process that normally takes months to process, but apparently people can walk the paperwork through to expedite the process. Steve Curtis expedited everything after the title company closed escrow and after he was told that the documents my family member was using to sell my home against my wishes had been revoked.
