MAY 9, 2018 — I just learned that despite me telling both Fircrest Mobile Home Park and Steve Curtis via verbal and written communication, that Evans Management Services, who apparently manages the mobile home park completely disregarded my communication that the Power of Attorney that was being used by my family member was invalid, removed me as a tenant on the lease of space 1. Here is a conversation I had with manager Tom Julien on 4/19/18 re-assuring me I had nothing to worry. He claimed today he knew nothing about what EMS was doing.
