Cutting out compliant TNR Colony Manager cannot help these kitties!

The  status of all TNR BARC Colony Managers is in danger of being revoked, as you follow what happened and continues with a BARC long term compliant TNR Colony Manager! 
Starving innocent kittens to back a complaining neighbor is not the way to help BARC TNR Colony Managers! ! Learning how to support TNR Colony Managers in their efforts to help BARC and the city is the right way to go! 
Sign and send to others to show your support for all compliant TNR Colony Managers. Support the focus of our attention- the kittens being purposely starved! 
BARC needs No HOA approval when no restrictions are posted by that HOA against TNR BARC colonies or  their managers.
