The reputation of St Cuthbert's RC High School now clearly hangs in the balance. The ongoing industrial action has caused days of lost learning, the preparation for exams disrupted, and pupils considering moves elsewhere. 

There is no end in sight to this current crisis at St Cuthbert's which is failing our young people and their families. 

As a result Catholic secondary education is in severe peril in Rochdale.

We need to have swift action to stop the implosion of the school.

We urge parents and former pupils to support this campaign.

We call upon the leadership of the St Teresa of Calcutta Trust to step aside for a new Trust to take over the school to swiftly resolve the current crisis; or for the leadership of the St Teresa of Calcutta Trust to make way for new leadership who will be able to find an urgent resolution allowing pupils to return to normal schooling.
