Buzz Gym Harrow wants to cancel all spin classes and remove the Spin Room in order to create a 'booty room'. 

This was decided without the consultation of members and spin classer goers. Spin is one of the most popular classes in the gym and caters to all. 

As paying members, there should have been a consultation phase, as well as a notice period. The removal of this vital spin class will be detrimental to the footfall of the gym, reduces accessibility to certain members, and leaves out a huge number of members who rely on these classes to maintain their general health.

Management need to take responsibility for their lack of communication and negligence of member needs. 

Spin has been scientifically proven to:

• Increase Muscle Engagement
• Higher Calorie Burn
• Reduces the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and LDL cholesterol 

By removing this class, many will not be able to benefit from these long-term health benefits, and excludes a large number of people from this activity.
