Spearmint's petition now has over one thousand signatures, and that's without any media coverage of its existence! That's incredible work, thank you everyone who signed and shared! Imagine how many more would be signing if they knew about poor Spearmint's worrisome situation. West Hatch still has not stated they would consider a sanctuary over euthanasia, even if she could live a healthy, happy seal life in one. Why will they not come outright and state this is a possibility? Only they know the answer. Please keep spreading the word and let's hope the media will take notice of this petition!
