In July, a few of our staff were able to spend a couple of hours out at Lewis Ocean Bay, enjoying the buzzing bugs, chirping birds, and muggy smell of the forest in the summer. It was a poignant reminder of why we need to continue to protect this remarkable and unique place. It made us also think of all of you, standing up for these creatures and land. We wish you could have all been there with us, but hope this video will suffice until you can make your own trip out to Lewis Ocean Bay.

We'd love to hear more about your adventures at the heritage preserve and why it's so special to you. If you feel inclined, please share your story with us: https://secure.coastalconservationleague.org/a/share-your-story
If you want to be kept up to date on this and other projects our team is working on, sign up for our emails.
Thank you and we hope to see you out there amongst the pitcher plants!
Best,
