schooling on their own development footprint as per Guideline 11 for State Facilities section 4.7
There has been no change in the population forecasts from the development approvals in 2012. EDQ cannot now enforce guidelines and demographic modelling as reasons to resume part of Lot178 SP141765 when there has clearly been a lack of enforcement in the Sekisui House Development.
We have requested that Lot 178 SP 141675 be removed from the PDA and the Primary School PS004 be removed from the property.
