Twenty organizations send letter to Bureau, advocating for the San Joaquin River

This morning, 20 environmental and fishing organizations sent a letter to the Bureau of Reclamation requesting renegotiation of the outdated and harmful San Joaquin River Exchange Contract that dries up the river and kills salmon. The organizations that sent the letter are:
