Save "Robert" the Steam Engine

Save "Robert" the Steam Engine
The Issue
'Robert' the steam engine is a historial local landmark, which can be found just outside Stratford station in east London. This train was built in 1933, almost 100 years ago.
Unfortunately, as it is currently in a public space, it's susceptible to weather damage and rusting. It has also been vandalised multiple times.
It was previously sent to the East Anglia Railway Museum, where it was restored and painted, and then sent back to Stratford.
As an important part of the UK's locomotive legacy, this train should be better protected and kept in a museum, where it can be properly cared for and appreciated.
