The Christchurch City Council has voted, by a large majority (only one vote against), to pause the implementation of Plan Change 14 by seeking an adjournment to the Independent Hearings Panel Process. Provided the new government agrees to the delay, the council will place further work on hold while it reassesses whether to continue with, or change PC14.
